Llei 11\/2021."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El dia 28 de Maig de 2021 es va publicar al B.O.E. el Reial Decret Llei 11\/2021, sobre mesures urgents per a la defensa l&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3, la reactivaci\u00f3 econ\u00f2mica i la protecci\u00f3 dels treballadors aut\u00f2noms, en el qual, entre altres normatives,<strong> s&#8217;estableixen diverses prestacions destinades a diversos col\u00b7lectius de treballadors aut\u00f2noms, i que li assenyalem tot seguit:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>1-Prestaci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria per cessament d&#8217;activitat per als treballadors aut\u00f2noms afectats per una suspensi\u00f3 temporal de tota l&#8217;activitat com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de resoluci\u00f3 de l&#8217;autoritat competent com a mesura de contenci\u00f3 de la propagaci\u00f3 del virus COVID-19, que succeeixi a partir del dia 01\/06\/2021. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Caracter\u00edstiques principals: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>S\u2019haur\u00e0 de sol\u00b7licitar en els primers 21 dies seg\u00fcents de la resoluci\u00f3 del tancament d&#8217;activitat, o abans del 21 de juny si la suspensi\u00f3 d&#8217;activitat s&#8217;hagu\u00e9s acordat amb anterioritat<\/li>\n<li>Quantia de la prestaci\u00f3 del 70% de la base m\u00ednima de cotitzaci\u00f3 per activitat desenvolupada<\/li>\n<li>Durant el temps que romangui l&#8217;activitat suspesa, el treballador aut\u00f2nom queda exonerat de l&#8217;obligaci\u00f3 de cotitzar<\/li>\n<li>La gesti\u00f3 d&#8217;aquesta prestaci\u00f3 correspondr\u00e0 a les m\u00fatues col\u00b7laboradores amb la Seguretat Social<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>2-Prestaci\u00f3 per cessament d\u2019activitat compatible amb el treball por compte propi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Caracter\u00edstiques principals:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Aquesta prestaci\u00f3 la seguiran cobrant aquells aut\u00f2noms que a 31 de maig de 2021 vinguessin percebent aquesta prestaci\u00f3 i no haguessin esgotat els per\u00edodes de prestaci\u00f3 serveis previstos.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019acc\u00e9s a la prestaci\u00f3 exigir\u00e0 acreditar en el segon i tercer trimestre del 2021 una reducci\u00f3 dels ingressos computables de m\u00e9s del 50% dels que hi ha hagut en el segon i tercer trimestre del 2019, sempre que no s&#8217;hagin obtingut en els dos esmentats trimestres de 2021 uns rendiments nets superiors a 7.980 \u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;han aprovat en aquest Reial Decret, ajudes per a aquells treballadors aut\u00f2noms que a 31 de Maig de 2021 estiguessin percebent algunes de les prestacions indicades, per\u00f2 no compleixen les condicions per percebre-les a partir de l\u20191 de juny de 2021.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A m\u00e9s, s&#8217;ha establert en aquesta normativa, la prestaci\u00f3 extraordin\u00e0ria de cessament d&#8217;activitat per als treballadors de temporada, que correspon a aquells aut\u00f2noms que s&#8217;haguessin desenvolupat en el R\u00e8gim Especial de Treballadors Aut\u00f2noms o en el R\u00e8gim Especial de Treballadors de la Mar durant un m\u00ednim de quatre mesos i un m\u00e0xim de set mesos en cada un dels anys 2018 i 2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si considera que podria tenir acc\u00e9s a alguna de les prestacions indicades, si us plau posi\u2019s en contacte amb el nostre Departament Laboral per tal d&#8217;ampliar la informaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El dia 28 de Maig de 2021 es va publicar al B.O.E. el Reial Decret Llei 11\/2021, sobre mesures urgents per a la defensa  [&#8230;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":16,"featured_media":10326,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1002],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-10328","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-laboral-ca"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.10 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"max-image-preview:large\" \/>\n\t<meta name=\"author\" content=\"nfrost21\"\/>\n\t<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/addwill.ad\/ca\/ajudes-per-a-treballadors-autonoms-r-d-llei-11-2021\/\" \/>\n\t<meta name=\"generator\" content=\"All in One SEO (AIOSEO) 4.9.10\" \/>\n\t\t<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"ca_ES\" \/>\n\t\t<meta property=\"og:site_name\" content=\"addwill | Your vision, our challenge.\" \/>\n\t\t<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n\t\t<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Ajudes per a treballadors aut\u00f2noms- R.D.
